and optimize the following use cases:
implemented through 2 modalities
Video recording or conference
How does it work?
Identification and validation
The client or applicant sends a digital form with general data, takes a photo of the face and the identification document, while the platform validates the information to the government institution.
Detection of more than 4,700 IDs from 193 countries, through a photo.
Extraction of data in text from the image of the ID; barcode reading, QR codes and chip reading (if the ID has them).
Through more than 50 forensic tests that include code reading, validation of security elements, among others.
OTP by Whatsapp, SMS or mail.
Through a photo capable of differentiating between a live face and masks, videos, photos, and more (NIST/iBeta certified).
Minutiae detection of 10 fingerprints by means of a photo.
The applicant can make the video conference on mobile or desktop, while the executive must connect through the web platform. During the session, the following actions are performed:
OTP by Whatsapp, SMS or mail
The applicant shows his ID from both sides, while the executive takes screenshots (the person's face and ID must be seen).
The executive takes a screenshot of the face during the video conference, which is compared with the photo of the face in the ID.
The executive asks questions for customer knowledge, from a pre-configured script.
The place and time in which the applicant connected to the videoconference.
Data of the device in which the applicant carried out the process.
The applicant opens the app on their mobile device and videotapes themselves answering KYC/AML questions. Show the identification document and the platform validates the data and performs a facial comparison between your face and the photo on the identification document. All information is stored in an electronic file.
Filling out forms with questions for customer knowledge and selection of product or service of interest
The applicant reads an automatically created script based on the responses of the KYC forms; the video must have a minimum duration of 30 seconds.
End the contracting of the product with the FAD® Digital Autograph Signature
The applicant opens the contract on his mobile and signs with his finger, the platform videotapes him while he signs and records the memory of the stroke. A preservation certificate is generated that guarantees the integrity of the document.

Our solution works by capturing biographical and biometric data of the prospect/client. Additionally, the client must answer a series of questions (KYC) that allows profiling the client to select a product/service from a catalog, as well as receive an OTP that will serve as a double authentication factor.
It lives in Mexican territory in 2 datacenters that have the highest security and availability certifications on the market, to ensure that the platform cannot be compromised and will be up and running. There is also the possibility of having it in a commercial cloud such as AWS or Azure, if necessary, with a prior technical feasibility study.*
We have had success stories integrating between 3 and 4 weeks.
Yes, it is possible, with a prior technical feasibility study, to carry out a dimensioning of the required infrastructure. The solution has tools such as APIs and SDKs that allow integration with other systems.
Immediately, with this solution, the institution will be able to validate that its client/prospect is who it claims to be and that all the information was validated before the official issuers of the information, as well as having the data crossing of the video recording process.
The solution has different moments where a biometric validation is involved, either when capturing some modality or comparing biometrically, they are listed below:Viveness Facial: >98% accuracy,Fingerprint Liveness:>95% accuracy,Voice Liveness: FN: >98% accuracy,Facial Comparison: >97% accuracy
